Warm carpeting and big windows overlooking the trees and surroundings, and a comfy couch come together to create a family living space that is as functional as it is beautiful, bringing families together in front of the flat-screen TV suitable for your favorite streaming apps. The dining table seats 8 and full-size refrigerator with water filter and ice maker provide plenty of space to store your family’s favorite groceries. Guests will have private access to the entire property. The garage is not operable and currently holds the owners supplies. There is reliable high-speed internet throughout the entire property. Streaming services are available on flat-screen TVs.
Parking is available in the driveway and the driveway is a wrap around perfect for large vehicles or RVs.
We provide starter sets of hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent and trash can liners. We recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration.
Please note there is a Ring Flood Light security camera located externally on the front door and in the backyard for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the property.

A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you 48 hours before your arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

Please note that while we take great pride in maintaining a clean and pest-free environment, occasional pests may be found, despite our regular pest control services. If any pests are found during your stay, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.

We will enforce our cancellation policy agreed upon in the booking platform and STRONGLY encourage purchasing traveler insurance. We do not refund for weather, weather related issues or natural disasters.
