Gets the job done

The property had issues that should have been addressed prior to our booking- such as a lock that was problematic, smoke detectors with dead batteries, and mold in the wall. The hosts were accommodating and maintained open communication through out all these issues but nonetheless the issues interrupted our experience at multiple points, including a beeping smoke detector at 3 AM. Overall we were content with the property and appreciative of our hosts but these issues prevent the rating from being higher

Very pleasant winter

This property is in a good location with quiet neighbors. Good restaurants nearby (excellent Italian restaurant around the corner), clean community, safe streets and a good park a few miles away. The property was in good shape with reasonable furnishings and the manager was pleasant and responsive. The only negative was that the kitchen was limited in utensils, food storage containers, etc.
