Overall our stay was excellent! The unit was VERY clean and smelled fresh as well and was very accommodating. It is a bit confusing trying to figure out what door to go in, especially after hours. The paid parking was great but is extremely tight trying to maneuver in the parking deck.One thing we did not like was the furniture. The couch was very uncomfortable and stiff feeling. The bed was comfortable but it dipped in the center making getting out of the bed difficult. Communication was very good! If we are in Charlotte again we will definitely make a reservation to stay.

Quiet and near light rail and uptown Charlotte. Room was too sterile/cold. It was very clean and spacious, but not very comfy. The mattress sank in middle and couch was uncomfortable. Bathtub deep and no grab bars. no hangers. Ok kitchen. Instructions were good but complicated check in . Virtual front desk was responsive. Extra for parking which is pretty much only option..

Property was well kept and felt like a safe area of town. Parking was attached to building and seemed secure. Room was spacious and clean. Virtual check in had good instructions and was easy. Would definately stay again.

The accommodations were great except there should be extra batteries in the unit or a second tv in the bedroom. The remote stopped working for the tv due to battery replacement needed and we without accessibility for a day and a half.

Everything was great!One minor issue but it was all good, sometimes you do things that need to get done! Easy check in because I was a little worried, but it went smoothly! I will definitely stay again!!! Only downside was parking, with the construction of another building right there, parking was tight for a guest. I hope they will rectify once all the building is complete!!
