Charming in Perfect location

Central location easy to get to best neighborhoods & after long day lived walking to Ed Tavern, pizza, coffee shop even grocery! Apartment is charming, easy parking, very clean and stocked with everything we needed! Landlord communication was easy and prompt. Highly recommend!

Good deal for pet friendly

Nice quiet place with great connection to everyplace in the city. Biggest drawback is the windows don’t open!! No fresh air. Otherwise, decent beds, hot shower (tub needs updated - hard to turn knobs and paint is worn), full kitchen (no pot or pan to use though - all scratched and unusable), stairs to second floor, moderately busy road and bus stop out front (great for catching a ride but some minor sound inside front bedroom), nice TV with connectivity and living room couch and chair were comfy. Great location. Host seemed more like a business than a person and was unable to be flexible on check-in or out but was polite and reasonably responsive.

Listing inaccurate and uncompassionate owner/management

The apartment was fine. It's an older place that is showing it's age, but generally clean. The neighborhood is nice and you can walk to restaurants and grocery stores, but it sits on a busy street. I am giving a low rating for 2 reasons. 1) The listing is inaccurate, the couch is not a pull out sofa. We did not realize this until 9:30 at night when we went to get ready for bed. I contacted the owner to please provide us an inflatable mattress, but he did not respond until the next morning, so my daughter and her friend had to sleep on the floor the 1st night. We were offered no compensation or apology for this. 2) We live in Asheville and our reservation was the week that Hurricane Helene hit our area. We asked the owner for a refund of our reservation 48 hours+ from check in, but he refused to work with us or offer us a refund, credit or reschedule. 3) After looking more into the rental, I realized that "Lance" has over 50 rentals, so obviously "Lance" is a rental management company, not an individual. I think that is misleading and disingenuous and I don't like rental companies that aren't honest and upfront with how they list properties.

Quick weekend trip to Charlotte

Great place for a quick trip to Charlotte- 2 bedroom worked well for myself and my daughter. stairs to enter, walkable neighborhood one street away. Across the street is yoga and great coffee shop. Felt safe.

Perfect for us!

We stayed here 2 1/2 weeks while relocating and it was the perfect spot. It had everything we needed, it's in a great location, the property manager was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed staying here! Multiple restaurants and grocery store within walking distance (right across the street) as well as the bus stop right outside the apartment to go downtown.

Cute little place

My family enjoyed the apartment. Love that it was pet friendly at a reasonable price. There wasn’t information on where to park or where to take out trash. We couldn’t configure out the pull out bed in the sofa. So my son slept on the couch. The closets don’t have hangers for clothes. Besides all of that, it is a nice little spot that is close to downtown and South End. Lots of pet friendly restaurants and shops.

Great location with coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery store all across the street. Very close to downtown Charlotte in a charming area. A suggestion, is to add some towel racks/hooks in the bathroom.

great locatioin

great location to explore Charlotte...walkable to everything you could want or need and a quick drive uptown for sporting events; grocery, bar, restaurants are right across the street if you don't want to get in the car at all. only suggestion is that if you plan to use the sofa bed, bring your own bedding...none were provided.
