Never again. I always check the beds. Mattress was in a bed bag but it was dirty. The platforms the mattress is on are dirty. The floor looks clean but is dirty. Very worn out and uncomfortable mattress. No front desk person. Virtual check in. Did not feel safe knowing no hotel personnel were on premises.
Ok for a one night stay. The area was nice and quiet. My only complaint about the room was the mattress kept moving on the bed frame. Also, there are only two pillows on the bed, which was fine for me sleeping alone. If you are a couple who likes two pillows under each of your heads, you might want to bring your own pillows along.
There were no kitchen utensils ( pots, pans, etc.) available for use. The main reason we booked there was so we wouldn't have to eat out for five days.

We checked in late at around 12:30am and this location does not employ overnight desk staff so I had to use the virtual assistant machine in the lobby. The woman was so helpful but the machine was having trouble making our key cards. It took and hour for things to finally work and we finally got into our room at 1:45am, exhausted and defeated. The staff was amazing at trying to fix the problem even though upper management was not answering any phone call. The real issue was the decision to not hire overnight staff. Very poor choice on the company's part. I'm extremely disappointed in the way this company has decided to get rid of in-person staff onsite. This shouldn't have happened and could have been alleviated if someone was there to physically unlock our room for us so we could get some sleep.
While it took some time to get use to the guest kiosk, rather than having a live person at a desk, my overall stay was great. Rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable.
The worst customer service. Our hotel room would not get colder than 78 and thodfice said that was an acceptable temperature. They would not change rooms, refund money, and they flat out lied to our faces. This was the wirst experience traveling
