The Space:

Welcome to your ultimate Belmont retreat! This spacious, amenity-rich home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, plus additional sleeping on couches and 2 roll-out cots. Enjoy entertainment-packed spaces including a game room, karaoke lounge, fully equipped kitchen & dining area, a fenced pool & hot tub, fire pit, and indoor gym with infrared sauna (converted shed - no heat or A/C but has a door for summer months). Pet-friendly and steps from Goat Island Park, perfect for chill, fun, and family escapes.

🛏️ Sleeping Arrangement

- Primary Suite (King + Twin Daybed): Spacious king bed, twin daybed, ensuite bathroom with soaking tub & separate shower. Closet includes 2 twin pullout cots for extra guests. 65” Roku TV, 2 ceiling fans, and bright natural light.

- Bedroom 2 (Two Twins): Two twin beds, 55” Roku TV, work/study table. No fan.

- Bedroom 3 (Queen Bed): Queen bed with closet. Bright, airy space with natural light, no TV or fan.

- Karaoke Room: Two large couches can be used for additional sleeping. Also, includes sofa seating for 10+, 65” Roku TV, karaoke machine with microphones, and strobe lights.

Bring your furry friend! While the yard isn’t fenced, Goat Island Park, a fenced dog park, is right across the street for off-leash play.

Free parking for up to 3-4 cars in the driveway, plus 2–3 street spots directly in front of the house. Perfect for families or groups with multiple vehicles. Tesla fast charger is available as well.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, including the pool, hot tub, fire pit, gym, sauna and entertainment areas, except for the locked owner closet located in the kitchen by the refrigerator.



Getting Around:

The home is ideally located right in front of Goat Island Park, walking trails, greenway, disc golf, dog park, kayak drop, fishing, and river access. Guests can easily drive 10 minutes to downtown Belmont for shops and dining, or 20–25 minutes to Charlotte for city attractions. Free street parking and driveway parking make driving convenient. Rideshares, taxis, and local bus routes are also accessible for easy commuting around the area.



Other Things to Note:

House Rules



Each guest will be provided a rental agreement before the start of your reservation.

Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature, payment of money, or taking possession of the property are evidence of your acceptance of the agreement.



⚠️The booking guest is required to complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or inaccurate information will result in a termination of your stay without refund.



⚠️ Minimum booking age: 25 years old.

If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a *refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively the reservation may be canceled and refunded based on the cancellation policy.



Access to the Home

Early check-in (1:00 PM) may be requested and will be accommodated if possible at a cost.

Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owner’s closet.

Be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Check-in is at 5:00 PM

Check-out is at 11:00 AM

Holdover or Late Checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.



Quiet Hours - Beginning 10 PM

You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay. Please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests on the booking are allowed on the premises.

No parties are permitted. Any neighborhood disturbance will result in a $400 fine and termination of your stay without refund.



Pets

Approved pets must be confirmed and paid for before check-in (3 pets maximum). Pending approval, the exact count needs to be added to the reservation before check-in. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats allowed.

Pet owners must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age. If pet stays are longer than 1 week, MyTripify may require guests to purchase travel insurance.

Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Removal of pet hair from furniture will result in additional fees up to $300.

Pet owners are to clean up after all waste in the yard and the surrounding area. Any damages done will be charged to the guest.



Parking

Any parking or driving on the grass is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine. Follow posted signage for street parking.



Smoking

No smoking whatsoever inside the home.

Smoking is permitted outside only. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside. If the house smells of smoke or remnants are found inside, a smoking fee will be issued of $500.



Damages

Guests are responsible to immediately report and pay for any damages cause during their stay.



Internet Usage

We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless us for any damages caused by illegal internet use.



Trash

Trash should fit into the outside receptacles or be removed and disposed of prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional $75 per bag charge.



Pool & Hot Tub Rules

The pool is available to use from 1st April to 31st August only

Children must be supervised at all times.

The pool & Hot Tub may be closed during certain weather conditions.

No glass or food, in or near the hot tub and pool.

No use under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Keep Hot Tub cover secured after use.



Game Room Rules

Use equipment responsibly (pool table, arcade games, etc.).

No food or drinks on tables or electronics.

Guests cover the cost of damage to game equipment.



Sauna Rules

Use at your own risk.

Do not use it while intoxicated.

Stay hydrated and avoid sessions longer than 15–20 minutes.

Sit on provided towels, do not use glass or electronics inside.



Exercise Room Rules

Guests assume full responsibility for any injury while using gym equipment.

Do not move or remove equipment from the room.

No food, glass containers, or alcoholic beverages in the gym.

Please turn off lights and any electronic equipment after use.

Report any malfunctioning equipment immediately.
