Escape to our stunning and newly remodeled estate cottage, your private retreat on a working equestrian farm. Experience the perfect blend of modern comfort and rustic charm, with rustic wooden beams, shiplap ceilings, and gallery lighting creating a warm, inviting atmosphere.



The open-concept living area is the heart of the cottage, featuring a cozy gas fireplace and a large, soft sofa perfect for relaxing. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with bold blue cabinetry, a gas cook stove, and a dishwasher. Enjoy meals together before heading out to explore.



Your stay includes two peaceful bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable king-sized bed. The cottage also offers two full, modern bathrooms. For your convenience, the cottage includes:



-Air conditioning and ceiling fans

-High-speed Wi-Fi

-Washer and dryer

-Gas fireplace



Step outside onto the welcoming covered front porch or the expansive deck that wraps around the cottage. With multiple seating areas and an outdoor gas grille, it's the perfect spot to enjoy nature at its finest, overlooking the farm's pastures and back fields.

You will have complete and private access to the entire cottage. It is located behind the main house on the property, ensuring a peaceful and secluded stay.

This could not be a lovelier cottage, or be on a lovelier property! Surrounded by nearby vineyards and historic homes, it's amazingly quiet and peaceful. The kitchen and home are extremely well-appointed and comfortable. Definitely stay here! We want to come back asap.

Relax on a farm

Very nice cottage on a farm. Great location near some of our favorite wineries. New appliances. Nice amenities. Would stay here again. Only complaint was that the internet was down and cell coverage was not very good.

Excellent Property!

Fantastic cabin for our family of 4, tucked away at the back of a horse farm. Very peaceful place with beautiful scenery all around and horses, zebras and a donkey to meet. Really unique property in a great location!

This place is amazing and perfect for a relaxi g weekend.

We met friends from out of state for a long weekend to enjoy a catch up and relaxing time, the wineries, museums and of course Charlottesville for dining and shopping! Our stay was amazing, travel to all places we went were short drives, this cozy place is the perfect location and with warmer weather coming, it would be the perfect get away place to be.

Elegant cottage in VA wine country

My husband, son and I enjoyed our weekend getaway to Charlottesville, VA - particularly to this cottage located on a quaint farm in the more rural outskirts of C’ville. On our first time in town, we realized that for Friday night dinner at any place, a reservation was needed which we didn’t have. We ordered food from a restaurant near UVA and stopped at a grocery store. The stress of the city experience made us thankful to get back to the quiet and beautiful cottage. The decor of the place is definitely an artist’s touch. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and open. We loved just being at the cottage: the bonuses were all the nearby historic sites and wineries. Loved it. Highly recommend it. Will definitely be back.
