It’s downtown so very close to everything you need. It’s under renovation so it’s not the prettiest and there was a weird smell and I found a cockroach in my house but if you can handle that it’s good for the price

The room was recently renovated so bathroom and floors were very clean. Old furnishings remain (bed, desks, microwave etc). Hallways under renovation (Sept 2025) quite dusty and dirty. Great location to walk downtown.

We found 4 bugs in our room. When we returned from sight seeing on the 2nd day, no fresh towels and a dirty rag was left on the edge of the tub from the cleaning staff. We were moved to a different room but was not compensated otherwise for our troubles.

This is a very large property that is currently being renovated. Great location. We were in an older room that will benefit from updates when its turn comes. Beds very comfortable. Bathroom had all necessities except it took forever for hot water to reach our room. Staff very friendly and nice. Actually, a nice place except for the construction disruption.

Was told we would be put in building across the street with large windows. When actually checked in at 4 we were put in the main offce building. Under renovations disgusting room, window faced another building a foot from the window. Very dark toom little lighting. Disabled bathroom. Very dissapointing. Paid way too much. Hated experience.

I recently stayed at the Charlottetown Inn & Conference Centre and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. While the staff was friendly and check-in was smooth, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. First and foremost, the cleanliness was a major issue. I encountered cockroaches in the room, which was extremely off-putting. The rooms and hallways didn’t feel very well maintained, and to make matters worse, construction was going on inside the building, adding to the noise and general discomfort. The breakfast was very limited – just some bagels, bread, and waffles. There were no hot food options like eggs, which is surprising for a place advertising itself as a conference centre. The one positive is the convenient location near the waterfront, but even that felt a bit misleading. The photos shown online give an impression of a more scenic surrounding than what’s actually there. Overall, this hotel is not worth the price. With better cleanliness and amenities, it could be a decent budget option, but as it stands, I wouldn’t recommend it.

The room was dated with dirty carpets. The ceiling had been disturbed and was open for dust to come in. The HVAC system was broken and the room was over $250 a night! How can they justify charging these prices?

Very nice area that is walkable to many sites in the city of Charlottetown. They were under construction trying to improve the hotel which is much needed. Could hear the construction crew outside from our window. Cleaning lady 1st day was very good but 2nd didn’t replenish any coffee or items needed in the room. Breakfast staff very nice and helpful.

They gave us a room upgrade but the room was poorly insulated and we could hear a lot of noise from the floor above. The room was poorly maintained. Bathroom sink cracked but the rest seemed clean but not well finished. If I had known that it so badly needed an update I would not have booked there. Beds comfortable so that was a plus. Parking free in a well lit area.
