The rooms are nice, as are the staff. But we were unable to access our room and it was nearly -20 C outside! We had if resolved in about 15 minutes, but it was very cold! Would have been 5 stars otherwise! Great value for the room size (a suite) and the location.

Since it was off season, there was some maintenance going on in some of the rooms in the lower level. There was some noise because of this. I did go up to front desk to ask about possible room change and was able to do so.

The front desk staff people are very courteous and friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean.We liked the bath accessories provided and the towels were thick and white. It was an extra bonus to have the delicious breakfast included.We opted to be "greener" and not have the housekeeping after the first night. We recieved a $10.00 gift card for doing this.We spent it at the Merchantman Bar :-)
