Accueil plus que sympathique, chambre propre agréable literie confortable oreillers très doux juste salle de bain mériterait un peu de rénovation mais propre rien à dire. repas du soir pris à l hotel cuisine traditionnelle entrée excellente joliment présentée avec produits du terroir(lentilles etc). Un très bon séjour

Les propriétaires sont très souriants, agréables et sont là si on a besoin. La chambres était assez grande pour nous (2 adultes et 2 enfants dont un dans un lit parapluie.) Juste la salle de bain un peu petite mais qui suffit largement pour quelques nuits. Propreté de la salle de bain moyenne mais pas non plus à partir en courant. Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cet hôtel où les tarifs sont très abordables. L'accueil est super. Nous pourrions y retourner sans hésiter. 😊

struttura semplice, non particolarmente curata la manutenzione in generale delle stanze. Bagni piccoli e con qualche pecca ma funzionale. Personale veramente cortese e disponibile, cibo molto valido, sia colazione che cena dove non scegli ma mangi abbondante e di gusto. Cibo Locale, formaggi locali, vini locali. Gustosi. Letto comodo e biancheria pulita! wifi accettabile ma devi provare nella stanza perchè in qualche punto non arriva!

Afin de couper notre trajet en 2, nous avons fait une étape dans cet hôtel. Nous ne sommes pas déçu. Chambre confortable et agréable, literie parfaite. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Juste un souci avec le wifi mais vraiment qu’accessoire. Nous recommandons fortement. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Modern 1950s style aero motel, no aeroplanes

The Hôtel Alizé is a modern 1950s-style motel on the edge of Puy-Loudes airport. No worries about aircraft noise - there aren't any scheduled flights in August. The room smelt of loo at first, owing to a long hot spell with closed windows. There was a double bed and a single, same price for all so more suitable for a small family than a single traveller. A temperamental motion sensor controlling the light in the small shower room meant I had to stand up and wave my hands about to switch the light back on. But management were friendly and polite, there was a decent meal available in the evening, and a continental breakfast with no meat but good choice of cheeses etc.

Personnel accueillant, souriants, sympathique, restaurant hyper bon. Le coin douche est petit Le matelas est mou mais ce est qu'un détail c'est selon nos préférences et en ce qui me concerne j'ai des soucis lombaires et je n'en tiens pas compte dans l'évaluation. Nous y avons été très bien reçu je le conseil vivement. Le Puy-en-Velay est très jolie.
