Property, along with its comfortable and well-equipped design, offers a 21 m² studio situated on the ground floor. It is ideal for up to 4 people, with two double sofa beds in the living room for a restful night's sleep. Guests can enjoy the outdoor balcony with garden furniture, perfect for relaxing after a day of outdoor activities. The apartment is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along. Additional amenities include a flat-screen TV, parking space, and access to a ski room for storing gear.
The studio is located in the Les Portes du Soleil residence, offering a prime location in the heart of Châtel. The residence is well-positioned with breathtaking mountain views, and the cable car is just 300 meters away. A free shuttle bus stop is nearby, providing easy access to the surrounding area. Shops are located 3 km away, and guests can enjoy a variety of dining options with a restaurant only 200 meters from the residence.
The studio includes a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with modern appliances, including a fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, kettle, microwave, and toaster. The bathroom features a shower and WC. For added comfort, optional services such as bed linen and towels, final cleaning, and Wi-Fi connection are available for an additional charge. Guests will need to pay a tourist tax and a deposit, which is refunded after departure. The studio offers an excellent base for both winter sports and relaxation in the stunning French Alps.
