This magnificent new 210m² chalet is ideal for 10 people. It is located in the quiet district of Petit-Châtel, on the heights of the resort, 1km from the village centre and 450m from the Petit-Châtel chairlift.

On the ground floor, the chalet offers:
- A garage for 2 cars, equipped with a charging point for electric cars;
- Entrance hall with ski room and boot dryer in winter;
- A relaxation room with treadmill, WC and picture windows overlooking the outdoor jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing.

On the 1st floor, enjoy :
- A cosy lounge with a fireplace, TV, sofa and comfortable armchairs;
- For your convenience, the chalet has its own Wi-Fi connection;
- A bright living room with dining table and uninterrupted views through the bay windows;
- A fully-equipped kitchen with American fridge with freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, raclette, fondue and pierrade maker, electric kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and NESPRESSO;
- A practical utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer;
- One bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) and en suite shower room and WC;
- A separate WC.

The other 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor:

- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) with en suite shower room and WC;
- 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (90x200) and en-suite shower room;
A separate WC is also available on this floor.

In summer and winter alike, enjoy the south-facing balcony and terrace, complete with garden furniture and barbecue.
