I liked that this inn was affordable and convenient. The rooms were updated and generally clean. I had trouble understanding the staff member at the front desk. He was friendly and kind however. There were four people staying in our room, but we did not have enough towels, cups, etc for everyone. It would be nice if those things were taken care of ahead of time rather than having to request extra. That being said, we will consider staying here again.

Breakfast was very slim as far as choices. There’s signs all over saying don’t eat in the rooms but yet there’s only 4 tables down in the dining room. Only comes with one bar of soap and two towels. But other than that it was very clean . Beds were comfy. Tv was clear

Customer Service Fail

TV didn’t work. Called a couple of times to get help figuring it out and was told she would come up to fix it but never did. Older smell in the room. Had to ask the front desk person to restock breakfast items that were gone. When we left there was no goodbye or thanks for staying or anything. You know, those good customer service and welcoming kinds of things. Was ok for the price but probably wouldn’t stay again.

I had a little problem with my Expedia reservation but Paula at the front desk was SUPER helpful and patient. The Expedia person i dealt with, Mahmoud (?), was also very patient and pleasant to work with. I am just hoping the charges turn out right on my One Key card. Maybe more to follow......

There was a language barrier upon check in. Soft spoken clerk did not talk loudly enough or clear enough for me to hear with hearing aids. Had to have him repeat everything several times each. Friendly and helpful just frustrating. Took 15 min to check in.
