Bring the dog and the kids! Greenway Farmhouse is a private 3-bedroom apartment behind our home in historic Ridgedale, with a fenced backyard, a grill, and no pet fee. Three bedrooms sleep eight, and the pack 'n play, baby gates, and kids' dishes are already here. Across the street is an oak-lined greenway and a playground is around the corner. Coffee, dinner, and a great record store are all a walk away. Downtown is 10 minutes.

You will arrive via the alley off Buckley Street. Come through the fence gate and your entrance is right there. A smart keypad unlocks the door, so you can let yourself in at any hour. A site plan is in the listing photos, and a labeled version comes with your check-in information.

GOOD TO KNOW

One full bathroom upstairs serves all three bedrooms, plus a powder room downstairs. If you are a group of six or more, mornings go smoother with a plan.

All three bedrooms are up a full flight of stairs. There is no bedroom on the first floor.
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, coffee, and kitchen staples are stocked to get you started.

Greenway Farmhouse is zoned and permitted by the City of Chattanooga as a Short-Term Rental. In a city where many listings operate without permits, booking here supports a small family business that plays by the rules and contributes to the community.


GUEST ACCESS

Your entrance is off the alley on the east side of the property, accessed from Buckley Street. Come through the fence gate and use the smart keypad to unlock your door.

A site plan is included in the listing photos and a labeled version will be sent with your check-in information.


INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

We live just a few blocks away and love meeting our guests. As a former Rotary Exchange Student, I've long believed that travel is one of the best ways to build connection and goodwill between people, and hosting is our small contribution to that.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
Ridgedale is a diverse, historic neighborhood about 3 miles east of downtown, with tree-lined streets, genuine character, and a real sense of community.

Free street parking is available on Buckley Street, just steps from your entrance.

Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book.

Please keep noise down between 8pm and 9am out of respect for our neighbors.

We have Ring cameras covering the alley, parking area, and street, plus a doorbell camera at the entrance. Please lock up whenever you leave.

We have pets and love them like family, so we understand if yours ends up on the couch. Please use the blankets provided when your pets are on the furniture, and the dark towels, not the white ones, for muddy paws.

Dogs and cats are welcome, and there is no pet fee.

Smoking, house parties, and rowdy behavior are not permitted on the property. If you're looking to party, this isn't your place.

We're right in the front apartment and easy to reach. Don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or issues.
