Welcome to our beautifully renovated blue bungalow, a space filled with bright, natural light and modern comforts. We've designed this home as if we were living here ourselves, creating a perfect getaway for families, couples, or groups of friends.

* Kitchen & Dining: A modern, fully-equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures. It features an LG stainless steel electric stove and oven, a GE refrigerator, and a spacious island. For your morning brew, you'll find both a Keurig and a drip coffee machine.
* Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.

• The vibe of St. Elmo is really cool and laid-back. It's the historic neighborhood nestled at the foot of Lookout Mountain, and it's got mix of old charm and modern flair. You'll find attractions, quaint shops, cozy cafes, and some really delicious local restaurants.
• We are next to the Virginia Avenue Greenway that is a lovely, scenic path for walking, biking or exercising your dog. It also connects the neighborhoods to St. Elmo city center.
• Lookout Mountain offers breathtaking views along with famous Rock City and Ruby Falls attractions.
• Downtown Chattanooga offers a wonderful mix of attractions, like the Tennessee Aquarium, the Creative Discovery Museum, Riverwalk and the historic Chattanooga Choo Choo to highlight a few. You'll also find a thriving food scene with lots of great restaurants, breweries, and cafes.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire house, the fenced-in backyard, and all amenities on the property.

* Parking: A gravel driveway provides convenient, off-street parking for two cars. Additional free street parking is also readily available.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process. We will not be present at the property during your stay, but we are readily available via the booking platform or by phone if you have any questions or need assistance.
Other details to note:
• We love hosting your furry friends! For guests bringing pets, please ensure you include the number of pets when you make your reservation. A $50 pet fee will be automatically added to your booking. This fee covers the additional cleaning required to ensure the home is pristine for all future guests, including those with allergies. Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Pets must be potty trained, and waste should be disposed of properly.
• Security: For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are in place monitoring the perimeter of the home.
