Welcome to this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, located just two miles from downtown Chattanooga in the vibrant and rapidly growing Southside neighborhood. You`ll be within walking or biking distance to a variety of restaurants, bars, and local attractions, with bike lanes connecting you all the way to downtown. Plus, it`s just a short ride to many of Chattanooga`s hospitals.

The house is nestled in a peaceful, friendly neighborhood and features a fully fenced backyard with a cozy firepit and outdoor seating—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Whether you`re here for business or pleasure, this home offers the ideal blend of comfort and convenience.

This home features 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom, with its own en-suite bathroom, is located on one side of the house, while the two additional bedrooms are on the opposite side, with a bathroom conveniently situated between them. One of the bedrooms is set up as an office space, complete with a daybed that can also serve as a sleeping area for extra guests.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, and the laundry room is available for your use during your stay. Whether you`re here for work or relaxation, this home is designed to offer both comfort and convenience.

You`ll have access to the entire house. There is one locked closet for supplies.

At any point during your stay you can message me here and I will get back to you shortly.
Thanks for choosing our place! We only ask that you treat our home the same as you would your own.

-No smoking of any kind inside the home please. Please step outside away from the doors if you smoke and throw away any cigarette butts. *There is an immediate $500 charge if there is evidence of any smoking inside the home. Extra charges will also apply if we find butts littered outside.

-Pets are welcome with an $80 non-refundable fee. Max of two dogs please (we might be willing to consider exceptions to this, please contact us directly)

-No parties or events (out of respect for our neighbors)

Biohazard Cleaning Fee:
For health and safety, a $100 cleaning fee will apply if vomit, fecal matter, blood, or other bodily fluids are documented by the cleaners on floors, bedding, furniture, or in common areas.

We offer a 15-min grace period for late check-outs. After 15 mins, there will be automatic $50 charge for unapproved late check outs.

Lastly, while we have regular and excellent pest control, our climate can provide the conditions for an occasional bug sighting. If you do spot a bug we will send pest control back out as quickly as possible, but please note that we do not provide refunds based on this.

House fit our needs, and the fenced in yard was an awesome bonus. Location was great, in the sense, everything was about 10 minutes away and easy to get too. Neighborhood was quiet and is in a transition phase. As for the house, it was clean and met our needs. Appreciate kitchen being stocked with cooking supplies. Recommendations to host: additional towels and throw blankets.

Great location near our daughter’s home and convenient to town. Beds were super comfortable and house is spacious and clean. There is on street parking and one spot on the side of the house that was perfect for unloading. We would definitely consider staying again if back in the area.

The house was wonderful. Very clean; had an air purifier and Nest AC. Live plants added an extra warm touch. Beds were comfy and we felt right at home! At first glance, the area seemed a little rough, but it’s incredibly conveniently located and was very quiet. Any neighbors we saw were very kind and friendly. I only mention it because I would have liked to have known ahead of time just to set my expectations. Communication with our host was excellent. Timely, thorough, and really helpful. Check in and check out process was very easy! Will definitely stay again and will recommend to friends.

Short Drive to Downtown Chattanooga

Our family, 2 adults and 3 kids, stayed for 5 nights. We were driving back and forth a lot to the convention center downtown during our stay and it was only about a 10 min drive so that was convenient. We had plenty of space to spread out. It was extremely hot outside and the house was always nice and cool.Carrie was great at communicating and very nice. There should be more towels and bowls available and the neighborhood was just ok but otherwise it met our needs for our trip and was clean and organized. The bidet is a great feature.

Comfortable Home

The home was in a little off the beaten path. Was a little hard to pick up after my dogs with the tall grass but it was exactly what we needed for an overnight stay.

Chattanooga Family Trip

The property was okay, the neighborhood was a little sketchy, and the grass was 18 inches tall around the house. I called and told them the day we checked in, and actually did have someone come and cut the grass Saturday. There were only four forks in the silverware drawer, and the house sleeps six. We also grilled steaks on the charcoal grill one night, and there were no steak knives to be found! I was disappointed when I asked if they supplied the charcoal, and their response was no. I truly believe if you are renting a house with a grill and you mention that in your ad, you should supply the charcoal. If it were a gas grill, would they want me to unhook the tank and drive all over to find a refill or have it filled up? If you rent a cabin in the mountains and the list a fireplace, the wood is always furnished. The hand towel holder was hanging out from the wall and wasn't usable. There was an old tire lying in the yard along with some beaten-up trash cans. Flower beds were full of weeds and not maintained. The beds were comfortable. The house AC was good. The living room could use a couple of chairs to accommodate six people. All in all, if they work on a few things, it could be brought up to par.

Needed a home for a powerlifting meet

Our family went to Chattanooga for a few days of family vacation. The house was near to all the attractions we wanted to see downtown and at Lookout Mountain. The host was responsive and helpful. Overall it was a good trip.

Nice, but...

We enjoyed staying the wknd but the house could use some TLC. It's small but was just right for us. We enjoyed the firepit one night. Brought our own wood. We were missing a tea pot and toaster for breakfast. The master sink filled with water that wouldn't drain very fast. I had a pillow case with mascara stains. The sheets had a smell like they were not freshly washed but had sat a while. The overall house had a bit of a musty smell that went away when we lit some candles. The area was an older, run down looking area, not exactly a place I would walk around in. It was Ok but it could use some more care for a really great stay.
