Tervetuloa Lake and Vine Villa - viinitarhojen ja järven välissä sijaitseva huvila on todellinen paeta.
 
Koristeltu ylös ja tulossa New Yorkin suunnittelemalle suunnittelija Cailin Wunderille, tämä koti on erinomainen muotoilu moderni, mutta mukava, rento tyylikäs.  Nykyaikainen, puhtaat monokromaattiset viivat, tuoreina kevyessä ja ilmavassa sisustuksessa sekä rentoina luonnon elementteinä.
 
Lake & Vine Villa on 3 tasoa ja nukkuu 10 ihmistä mukavasti 4 makuuhuonetta (joista yksi on kerrossänky makuuhuone 4 kaksoset) ja 3. 5 kylpyhuonetta; Kahdesta 4 makuuhuoneesta on oma kylpyhuone (virhe pohjakerroksessa - toinen kylpyhuone ylimmässä kerroksessa ei ole näkyvissä).  Kaikissa huoneissa on komerot, lipastot, täyspitkät peilit, pimennysikkunan sävyt ja kodikkaat "vaihtoehtoiset alas" peitot.
 
Pääkerroksessa on parkettilattiat hyvin varustetuilla keittiötiloilla, joissa on Caesar-kivihyllyjä, kaasu-alue ja laskurin korkeussaari, jossa on 4 baarituoleja.  Ruokapöyd��n pöydät 8.�� Iso olohuone on 65 "TV, Bluetooth ympäröi ääni, kaasutakka, sohva ja muut istuimet.  Hotellissa on myös puoli kylpyamme asiakkaan käyttöön.  Tämä taso on myös suuri 10 "kannella näkymät kaupunkiin Chelan; ja ainutlaatuinen ominaisuus tässä kodissa on suuri 800 neliön jalka yksityinen takapiha patio, jossa kaasu palo kuoppaan, grilli ja iso ruokapöytä ja tuolit.
 
Talon ylimmässä tiloissa on puulattiat, joissa on kaksi makuuhuonetta ja pieni mediahuone, jossa on 40 "TV ja DVD / Blu Ray -soitin.  Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone, jossa on yksi makuuhuone, jossa on king-vuode ja toinen, jossa on queen-vuode.
 
Kodin kokolattiamatto on makuuhuone, jossa on king-vuode ja kerrossänky, jossa on 2 kerrossänkyä (4 kaksoset).  Tällä tasolla on myös suuri mediahuone, jossa on mukava Crate and Barrel -siirto, 75 "TV, DVD / Blu Ray -soitin, Xbox ONE ja täysikokoinen Air Hockey -pöytä.  Tällä tasolla on myös täydellinen kylpyhuone kylpyammeella / suihkulla sekä pesutupa, jossa on suuri kapasiteetti etupainotteinen rinnakkain pesukone ja kuivausrumpu.

Hyödynnä kaikki mukavuudet, joita Lookout tarjoaa, kuten ulkouima-allas, josta on panoraamanäkymät, puistot, leikkikentät, turkoosi- ja boccepallokentät ja uusi venesatama.�� Tämä koti sijaitsee Porcupine Lane -alueella, vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä uima-altaasta, taskupuistosta, jossa ulkotiloja ja suuremmalla ulkouima-alueella.  Tule kokemaan mitä ihmiset ovat puhuneet: Lookout - uusi järvenrantakyl�� Chelan-järven rannalla.

Näköalapaikkakunta on kasvamassa ja siellä voi olla rakentamistyöt�� loman aikana. Rakennusaika vaihtelee kauden mukaan, mutta laskee välillä 7:00 a. m. - 6:00 s. m. arkisin ja 8:00 a. m. - 4:30 s. m. viikonloppuisin. Family fun

The house was wonderful. Accommodated 6 adults and 2 children in great comfort. We cooked all of our dinners and the kitchen had every utensils we needed. We would definitely recommend this home, and hope to return again soon!

Wonder Place for Multiple Families!

We had 5 adults and 4 teenage boys with us and this was perfect. All 4 teenage boys slept together in the bunk room, which is a built-in bunk so it was super sturdy! 2 masters made it perfect for 2 sets of parents to sleep in the upstairs area. The downstairs was perfect for the teens to hangout. The kitchen was wonderful and FULLY stocked with plenty of options for cooking purposes. It was not to far from the ATV to get down to the dock where we moored our boat. We fell in love with The Lookout while here since it entertains everyone of all ages and will DEFINITELY be back!

Another Successful Family Trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year staying at this house for our Annual Family Chelan trip. We love the house and it works well for our two families and teenagers. We cook most of our meals at home and the kitchen is well stocked for that. This has nothing to do with the house, but I wasn't given the option to review the development. We did notice that the staff that works around the development was not as friendly this year as they have been in the past. We also had multiple times that a staff vehicle was blocking us from being able to get by on the road due to construction, cleaning, or landscaping. It was a little frustrating when they would get irritated with us when they were the ones blocking the road. Otherwise, the Lake staff and the office staff were wonderful as always.

Awesome Stay!

While it doesn’t have a view of the lake, there are views of the north hills, is on a quiet culdesac and it’s conveniently located between the two pools. We were 4 adults and 5 tweenagers. The custom queen bunk room was the bomb and the kids kept commenting how comfortable the beds were. They loved the media room spending late nights watching movies curled up together of the big couch and bean bags, playing air hockey, ping pong or one of the closet full of board games. The kitchen was well stocked with every imaginable serving/cooking dishwater, dishware for inside and outside, pots & pans were in good shape and ample. My only complaint was there were virtually NO starter spices/oil/foil/plastic wrap but Lookout is conveniently located about 2 miles from Safeway. The rooms upstairs were nicely decorated with each their own bathrooms/tub showers. Beds were very comfortable. Nice reading room with daybed for additional space for a guest upstairs. We all enjoyed hanging out on the deck in the mornings and evenings as well as eating on the outside patio and roasting s’mores. We loved the amenities of the pools, central coffee shop, pickle ball courts, amazing beach, jet ski rentals and launch for SUPs. Lookout is a wonderful place to stay for families. This house was awesome and we will definitely be back again!

Great Neighborhood

Overall, it was a great stay! The deck is great place to hang out and the outside area is nice to eat dinner and hang by the fire pit in the evenings. The two pools were refreshing and we were able to befriend other families. My only complaint is the home is not very toddler friendly, there are a lot of knick knacks around the house and adult books, however, once we put the items out of reach, it was fine.

Cozy house in the Lookout at Chelan!

The house was super cozy and the queen bunk beds were definitely a nice surprise! Only complaint was the dishwasher needs replacing as it doesn't wash the dishes very well and the fire pit wasn't working, but we didn't end up reaching out to the property manager to come fix. Walking distance to both pools/hot tubs and fun game room downstairs. Property manager onsite was super responsive and checked in with us various time to see how our stay was going. Would recommend for two small families!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house with lots of space! Bedroom set up is perfect for families. We would love to come back. Only problem was that the dishwasher was broken, and we couldn’t reach the management company to ask to have it fixed. We left messages through their answering service but never received any calls back.

Excellent Property

The house was amazing and had everything you need during your stay. The downstairs area was perfect for the kids, we loved the room with bunk beds. Housekeeping was excellent whenever we needed something they were there with answers. Although not many places were open due to COVID. We still were able to enjoy the beach and the Lookout community.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this home with five small boys ages five and under. It was a perfect location: easy walk to the pool and play area. It had a lovely area in back of the house that was level and paved for the boys to enjoy: we could be out back as a family and they could play. The huge front porch was also very accommodating re: littles could play and adults relax. We would definitely consider renting this home again!!!! We have all ready recommended to friends who also have younger grandchildren as the perfect home for their family to enjoy.
