Nice staff, but the corridors stank and the walls were pretty thin so I could understand the full conversation that went on until 1am in the room next door

The area is safe, and the hotel is clean as a avarage countryside hotel. The staff is also hospitable. One thing I might say is no auto lock room keys and the entrance too.

Well presented Pub/hotel

Nice lively pub with live band but did go on till late which may effect early night people. Overall for the money you cannot go wrong 👍 Fried breakfast was great also

All good. Nice cooked breakfast cereals. No availability of the limited on-site parking but there was plenty within a stones throw away at the parking lot next to the police station. Note... this parking lot is free overnight and currently free during the day despite the sign saying it's limited to 4 hours unless you pay £2... check with reception for your stay.

Overnight weekend stay

Our room was spotless. However, looked nothing like the published room photos - much plainer. The beds were very poor quality and terribly uncomfortable. Balanced out against lovely staff and a fantastic breakfast. Parking - limited.

Was ok a bit run down and the room needed decorating. Room very basic ok for solo travellers. Did not get to try the breakfast as it finished at either 9:30 or 10. But you get what you pay for. Cheap but not chearful.
