On the ground floor, Bedroom 1 features a luxurious super king bed, a sleek en suite shower room, and patio doors that open directly onto a private rear courtyard garden. Built-in wardrobes provide plenty of storage space, making it easy to settle in. Bedroom 2 also has patio doors leading to the garden and includes a super king zip-and-link bed that can be separated into two singles upon request, offering flexibility for different guest arrangements. Like the first bedroom, it also includes built-in wardrobes. A modern family bathroom with a bath and shower is located nearby, along with a convenient utility cupboard housing a washing machine.

Upstairs, the large open-plan space is perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge and freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster, along with all the essentials for cooking at home. The dining area flows seamlessly into the lounge, which features comfortable seating for four and a 65-inch SMART TV, allowing you to connect to your streaming accounts and unwind with your favorite shows.

Private onsite parking for one car adds to the ease of your stay, If you're bringing more than one car, we do offer daily parking permits for 5 GBP per night which will allow you to park in the local area (Cheltenham Zone 10). Parking: Private allocated space for 1 car. Access is via a narrow lane and may be tight for larger vehicles. One additional parking permit is available for 5GBP per night for local on-street parking (Cheltenham Zone 10).
