The accommodation for The Grove is spread across three interconnecting units. Each one is entirely self-contained, but literally across a small walk way is the next property. The flexibility of the accommodation makes it possible to either eat separately or altogether – you decide and simply advise the owners in advance of your arrival.

Hazelnut and Cobnut (sleep 8 in each)
Each cottage has a large open living space to easily accommodate people comfortably. A large table can be laid up for 22 (if required) in Hazelnut, or alternatively in the Games Room.
There are two fully equipped kitchens.
There are 8 bedrooms across these two barns, one each on the ground floor with an En-suite Shower Room.
Upstairs in each barn there are a further three bedrooms with three bathroom/shower rooms.

Chestnut Barn (sleeps 6)
This barn is similarly spacious with an open plan living space including the third fully equipped kitchen, plus dining table.
There is, also, a bedroom with En-suite Shower Room downstairs, while upstairs there are two further bedrooms with two more bathrooms.

In summary there are 11 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms with each bed able to be arranged as two singles or zipped together as a King size bed. You choose!

More Information – 2 dogs allowed at the property at a charge of £30 per dog.

Games Room - communal games room is shared with 3 other barns, this has table football, table tennis and a mini pool table along with a TV and tumble drier. Outdoors we have a children clamber stack, football area with goals and lots of muddy puddles!

Pet Farm Animals - Come and visit the pet farm animals which live in the paddocks just behind the holiday barns - pigs, sheep, donkey, goats and Alpaca - all ready to meet you.

Walks - 1500 acre Cotswold estate - enjoy mapped walks around the estate as well as the Cotswold way which crosses the estate.

The Plough at Cold Aston is an easy 1.5 mile walk down the lane and Bourton on the Water is 3.5 miles with a supermarket, pubs and gift shops.
