Great and pretty hotel. The rooms were adequate and clean. Front desk staff was very nice and friendly. The one thing I didn't like is the free breakfast. It was very minimal and with limited options, the only warm option is the make your own waffle. But I guess it's better than no free breakfast at all.

Roaches in the bathroom, no water bottles in the room, go get drink out of the machine and it gives you a totally different drink than what you picked. Bed was awful egg crate on mattress.very noisy floor slamming doors just not a good experience for price and first time staying there.

This place has zero water to drink, all the machines are empty. TV doesn’t work and no one can fix it. The girl checking us in was great but the hotel not so much. Bed is hard as a rock. Just ruined the whole trip. Definitely stay elsewhere.

This was our second stay at this hotel in Cherokee. The place is beautiful and the staff are great. I accidentally made 2 reservations for the same night. The woman at check-in refunded the extra booking with no problem. The room was very comfortable, clean and has nice amenities. The breakfast was good too.
