The hotel is very clean and the staff is courteous and friendly. The beds are soft and comfortable. We visited for family vacation and had a quiet and restful week. Looking forward to returning :0)

Property was very clean as well as our room. Bed was comfy and all areas including pool area is well kept. Staff was non communicative. You have to ask common questions that should of been apart of registration. There are good food options not too far, Urban Hot Pot and Metro Diner was very good. Out at VA Beach Bubba Seafood was awesome. Hospitality at all of them was top tier!

I really loved staying here. I attended a conference in Norfolk, and this was my hotel of choice. The room was pretty modern and clean. The staff was kind and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was really convenient because I was up early each day to attend my conference. They also had a nice selection of quick buy items in the lobby if you needed last minute food or supplies. I only wished I could have used the pool. I would definitely stay here again.

Average Stay No frills

Did a 2 day stay with the family. Its obvious the hotel is older with some sprucing up but overall it worked for our needs. The kids enjoyed the pool. The hot tub was super hot & the jets didnt work the best but were functional. Breakfast was decent. Beds were comfortable but small....definitely not queen size beds in those dbl rooms. It's close to banks, gas stations, a grocery store, etc.

My stay was excellent, very clean room, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was great hot and cold. The tub is a bit risky ( too small and slippery. Other than that, no complaints
