- **Bedrooms:** Two peaceful bedrooms, each with a closet for your belongings. One room has a calming blue accent wall, and the other features a serene green one.

Guests will enjoy complete and private access to the entire second-floor apartment.

Your stay includes one dedicated parking space in the building's enclosed garage (Sorry no oversized vehicles).
- **Shared Spaces:**
As this is a three-unit building, you may encounter other residents in the shared areas, which include the front and back stairwells, the garage, the backyard patio, and the coin-operated laundry area in the basement.
Other things to note
A few important details for your stay:
- **Stairs Required:** Please note this is a second-floor apartment. Access requires climbing a few steps to the building's main entrance and then one full flight of stairs to the apartment.
- **Laundry:** Coin-operated laundry machines are available for your use in the basement. To access them, use the rear exit of the apartment and go down the stairs.
- **Security Notice:** The rear exit door does not lock automatically from the outside. For your security, please only use this door for laundry access or in an emergency, as you will not be able to re-enter and lock it from the outside.
