Guest access:
Guests have full use of the private basement unit. Access is through the front door only and down a short flight of stairs. The backdoor is for emergency use only and backyard use is not allowed. Free street parking available in front of home.

No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property. A $750 smoking fee will apply if detected in the unit.
