The room was small (reminded me of rooms in Japan) but we were okay w/ that. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, location was great, very cool and eclectic decor. Would definitely stay here again.
Sink and vanity in hall just after entering room.
King bed. Very comfy but whoever sleeps on the left side has to crawl across it to get in/out.

We stayed here for 3 nights and our AC wasn’t heated, and we called the front desk, they told us they will send someone to fix it later but never came. I was shaking after the shower and night while I was sleeping. Even the shower wasn’t hot neither.

The view I “Had” til my birthday (but it’s okay) lol I loved it 😍. Staff (managers) were very accommodating to any issues. The bartender Zeus was very welcoming and nice to me (great conversation/service). Food was good and Drinks were amazing 9.2/10. I appreciate their concern for safety as well and o will definitely be back. They made my 1st experience here in Chicago pretty special and I thank you.☺️
