The shower pressure in the bathroom was suprisingly one of the best parts of the whole place. The shared kitchen was wonderful & the front desk folks were so kind and lovely.

Quite smal but very accessible and affordable in a really easy to navigate area of Chicago. It’s great for a weekend trip or a few days. Has a self washer and dryer on site, as well as a fully functional kitchen to cook. Would stay there again and would recommend!

The room was incredibly small and you can hear everything i personally wont be staying again unless im by myself its way too small for two people the staff were nice and friendly the cleaning person didnt come while we stayed but thats not a big deal just wish the room was bigger and it wasnt so noisy

I was given a room with single bunk beds which I did not select. The room was micro sized w/o a desk & chair. Bathroom was normal sized and the best feature of room. A low price and 1 night stay mitigated most shortcommings.

Room wasn’t ready which is fine but, the staff didn’t seem to know who was supposed to do what. Also room that was giving still had maintenance working on the arc which was not fixed. Room was hot and the system didn’t work till morning of check out.

Arriving at the hotel to check in and was told the room was ready. Went upstairs to third floor and saw our room door was open and in a mess. Went back downstairs to ask for a different room and the lady at the desk was unhelpful yelling what room at us. Finally got a new room and they told us the WiFi was down that someone had cut the wires. Later that night noticed the Air Conditioner did not work. Cleaning crew was banging on doors early in the morning as well.
