Overall not a bad experience, but my bathroom was locked and when I asked to get it unlocked, it was never unlocked. Luckily I just needed to use this place to sleep, but it would help if they don’t forget to unlock the restrooms.

Dante the night clerk was a nice dude!! Other wise the reservation through the 3rd party was a bit jacked up. They said it cancelled & no rooms were available, but he was able to make it happen. No hot water in the morning, soni had to take a cold shower. It was alright.

No room service to order food, no good customer service. Despite me asking the hotel receptionist twice, no housekeeping came to clean up my bedroom. Do not stay at at this hotel. It was absolutely one of the worst hotels I ever stayed at! Run before you stay at this hotel. I want a full refund from this horrible terrible hotel..

The room was small but mighty with a spacious bathroom! But the noise levels outside were so loud... there were people screaming right outside our window all night long along with the cars honking like crazy... I'm a deep sleeper and I woke up multiple times throughout the night. Other than that everything else was fantastic.

The room assigned window was open about 3 inch behind bed headboard. Room heater was malfunctioning. Elevator door was not closing use alternative. show everything to service attendant I am told they will refund partial amount. when check out there was nobody at the counter or lobby for more than 10 minutes. This is my true story in FOUND HOTEL
