Property was clean and staff were amazing. Hotel was closed to a lot of things but it was too cold to walk. Location is very close to a fire station and my room was on the side closet to the station (directly across from it). Seems like we heard sirens every hour! We kinda got used to it after the first night.

Room was spacious and clean. Hotel has self service laundry which is extremely handy. One thing worth noting is the kitchen doesn’t come with utensils or plates. Suggest bring your own.

very clean hotel in a convenient downtown location with friendly staff and reasonable prices. One thing to note is that the hotel is close to a fire department, so you may hear sirens from fire trucks or ambulances at night. It disrupted my child’s sleep.

This was the nicest hotel I have stayed in, in a HOT minute. It was super clean looked super upscale for how inexpensive the rooms are. The staff was super welcoming and nice. The free breakfast was superb. From the fluffiest waffles to the delicious scrambled eggs, plus they would change some of the breakfast items in order for us to not get tired of having the same thing over and over. I also appreciated that we could get hot tea and hot coffee whenever and that these items were always availabile all day and night. Additionally the soap/bodywash smelled AMAZING. My one and only complaint is that the water preassure for the shower wasn't to my liking, but thats just personal preference. Overall it was beautiful and quite lovely.

Front staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast had a lot of options including waffles and the area had plenty of seating. Breakfast staff was very friendly and made sure everything was clean and well stocked.

Best place to stay!

This is the best hotel to stay at when in downtown Chicago. Very convenient for your stroll around downtown. Restaurants, stores nearby. Very clean and safe. Would recommend for everyone. Kids love this place.

Staff was friendly and cheerful. Daily breakfast, pool, and fitness center definitely add value to the stay. 24 hr access to coffee /hot water was nice as well.
