When we checked in the man who checked us in, didn't give us the details of the hotel (pool times and locations, hours of bar and restaurant). Luckily I was listening to the girls who were checking in the other guests. Remainder of the stay was amazing. Room was clean

The room was amazing the city view was the cherry on top. Everything was clean housekeeping came every day and front desk was really nice. Thank you Amy and I forgot her name but she had red hair!

The hotel was great! Downtown was about 20 mins away walking. The subway was close by, super convenient. The room was room, no problems during my stay. I would book again!

Beautiful area, safe and secure. Staff was excellent and super friendly. Located on the Chicago River, and a block away from the Merchandise Mart CTA train stop. Super convenient to ride the L trains or walk the city, which we did. Highly recommend this place, and will definitely be back!
