This was, I believe YOUR mistake, not the hotel: The price I locked in was $99. You sent along a higher nightly rate to the hotel which was charged to my credit card, and which we only realized when I checked out and provided my confirmation from you. The hotel refunded some of the money. Is this a little trick of yours?I imagine not everyone checks their receipt. If you want specifics,: my receipt, numbers, account, dates etc. I can provide them. It’s a shame, but now I will have to scrutinize everything that is money related, if I do business with you again.

Great location for our purpose(college visit). Hotel itself and room were very clean and comfortable. Garage could use an upgrade in lighting-seemed rather dark. Restaurant was adequate. Staff was rather "hot and cold". Some were exceptional, others only tolerable. In room coffee is always nice, but please...should be resupplied daily when housekeeping is done.
