Parking is either street parking or the garage which is pay to park which is the same for about any where you go in Chicago. Breakfast was pretty standard but the muffins were amazing don’t know how they keep them so moist but definitely recommend trying them but they only had them out on weekday mornings. The room was nice only down side was the bed sheets kept fighting with them every night to keep the corners on. Also the gym had a nice water fill station and if you need to do laundry bring $5 in quarters because the hotel doesn’t keep change on hand.

The place is brand new. Great staff and convenient parking. If you're looking for a no frills place to stay that is clean, safe and close to Chicago, this is it. Oak Park is an ok town (kinda stuffy) but there are some good restaurants. I highly recommend the Hemingway Bistro.

Listen to past reviews and do not book. Called to get early check in. After about 20 min on hold, I was told OK, but had to call back to cancel because of 40min of traffic. I told them so would be very late and asked if I needed to call to confirm I was coming if it got past a certain time. I was told no, any time would be fine. I went to address- no sign of a Holiday Inn. I called with question on parking garage and entering and was told they were sorry, but they had overbooked. Said they called people to inform them- no record of a call. I shared my experience with Holiday Inn because someone needs to check what the heck is going on. Waiting for my refund from Expedia.

Had a great stay here. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything was well taken care of. What really stood out though was the hotel manager they were extremely helpful, professional, and made sure we were taken care of. Great customer service!

Terrible experience. We could not even identify the front entrance. No one was answering the phone to direct us or to respond. Very uncomfortable feeling trying to get into a hotel through a parking lot without a visible front entrance.
