The description states it’s a heated indoor pool and the pool was ice cold. Also the next day, everything states the check out time is 11am but house keeping walking into the room an hour before check in. We also had the do not disturb sign on.

Friendly and helpful staff! The room was clean. Nice and quiet. The only issue is that the pool looked very dirty. There was foam in the hot tub, and the pool had what looked like soap scum floating on the top.

Hotel was great. Breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast and staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Pool and hot tub were gross and need a deep clean. If you don’t want the pool it's a five star experience but we chose the hotel for the pool.
