Good Day, I am writing to formally express my disappointment with our recent stay at your hotel. We booked a room for five guests, including three young children under the age of 10. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory due to several issues: The bed in the room was broken and unusable. The room was only supplied with two towels, despite being booked for five people. The overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The mirror was dirty and had visible fingerprints on it. We also found hair in the bed, which we had to clean ourselves before putting the children to sleep. When we brought these concerns to the front desk, we were met with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. Instead of resolving the issue, we were told we would need to pay an additional $25 for a portable bed—despite the broken bed and the fact that our booking clearly indicated five occupants. This level of service and lack of attention to basic cleanliness and hospitality is unacceptable. It caused unnecessary stress and discomfort for our family. I respectfully request that you investigate this matter and take the necessary steps to prevent this from happening to future guests. Given the condition of the room and the poor service we received, I also believe a partial refund or appropriate compensation is warranted. I look forward to your prompt response. Sincerely, Boris

My third stay at this location and it was perhaps usual. This is why I keep coming back. It's a newly remodeled facility, very clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. I like this location so much better than "higher end" hotels that I have tried.

Rooms were modern & clean, with quite comfortable beds. The showers were super nice, with glass doors instead of shower curtains. The breakfast options were pretty good, though by 9:30am on Sunday morning they were already out of several things (oatmeal, sausages, etc.), though breakfast was served until 10. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This was the first hotel we stayed at during our trip. We loved it. Went to another hotel (wanted a jacuzzi, sadly not avaliable at this location) we left that hotel the next day and came right back here! Service was great, hotel was clean and up to date. Felt safe and comfortable. Shower was spacious and bed was comfortable. We are planning another trip and will be staying here again! Only wishes was that there was a room with a jacuzzi and/or a hot tub as well as a bigger pool. Still very much enjoyed our stay and happy to book again!
