Nice breakfast lot of options. Lots of people so had to keep refilling hot foods. Pool was not working when we got there but was fixed and I went in Saturday night. Pool is about the size of our room maybe 15x15 x4ft. Can't actually 'swim' like as in do laps. Family in there with a bunch of little kids really loud for a bday party. Loud echo in room. I left after a few minutes just doing exercises by side of pool. Not enough room for everyone who was in there at same time. No clean towels - good thing I brought a bath towel from our room. Hand rail by steps was loose, nobody at desk to tell either time I went there. Coffee in room was decaf. Black tea was also in there. Had to go for breakfast to get actual regular coffee which was very good.

No house keeping services. Front desk said we could not have extra ,clean towels until we bagged up our dirty towels and brought them to the front desk. She said we might be trying to steal towels. So even though housekeeping should have given us towels, we have to share dirty towels because we might steal them

Staff at the reception on Sunday morning, February 22, 2026 was plain rude and disrespectful. She said her name was Felicia. When asked, she rolled her eyes and sounded impatient. There was a long wait of food at the breakfast and when asked for refill, they said they were no longer serving some of the food when it was still 8AM and breakfast ends at 10AM. It was just the worst hotel experience for us.

Long line at check-in - waited about 20 minutes. Check in was 3 p.m. and we were there about 2:40. There was a long line and only one staff member. I expect check-in to be quick. We had planned to drop off our luggage and go to our tournament, but we didn't have time to visit the room. We took our room keys and had to leave. At peak time there needs to be more staff members checking guests in. On a positive note, staff was very friendly and apologized for the wait. We were in a hurry to check in since we wouldn't be back to the hotel until late. We've had a couple issues with booking hotels through Expedia and didn't want to have to deal with that later in the evening.
