This is by far one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. It is beautiful, very clean, and staff are very helpful, especially Mariah at the front desk.

I had a very positive experience at the Yatt Hotel. The professional staff made check-in a breeze, and my room was spotlessly clean, with the only exception being a slightly neglected coffee maker. The delicious breakfast was a fantastic way to start the day. Despite the minor issue, I will certainly be coming back.

The builiding and its history were exciting from the start. Check-in was good (we were a bit early and had to wait a short time for our room key) but the process was smooth. Parking is an issue...not a lot of spots and they are tiny as well. Full size vans, trucks, SUV, it's tight opening and closing doors. But the Security Guard late night upon our arrival back from the Blackhawks game gave us his spot and assured us our vehicles safety. Overall the room, shower, availabilty of ice, the breakfast, were all excellent and we'll stay here most likely on any future trips to Chicago. The location near the United Center is ideal as well if you're traveling for sports or a concert. Plenty of dining options close by as well. We felt safe in and around the area and had no distractions with an active hosptial near by.

Beautiful hotel! We reserved a King suiter and was asked to switch to a double queen suite..... Don't understand why because when I looked online, the king suite was still available. We ordered food. I ordered Chicken Caesar Salad and they for got the chicken. All in all, the staff is pleasant and friendly. They fixed my food order but I ended up having to take it to my room to eat because my husband was done eating and we had been sitting there after he got done for about 20 minutes still waiting for mine. He was ready to go back to the room. I was too. Not sure if we would ever pay the money we paid to stay there again, sorry. Was a little disappointed in not getting what we reserved for a room when we look at the food experience with it. It was a disappointing evening all around.
