Nice place

Beautiful hotel with a very convenient location to the United Center. I was not worried at all to walk back to the hotel after the concert. I was happy to pay $5 to park at a nearby ramp. Service was great, the room was very clean, water pressure in shower was great. Breakfast had a lot of options. My only suggestion would be to have flavored creamer for coffee. We will return if we go to another concert at the United Center.

Staff very judgemental and paying for parking is a lousy way to treat guests already paying a lot to stay. Just because you can take advantage doesn't mean you should.

The iron that came with the room had some metal stuck on it and burned a hole through my friends shirt. We called the front desk and were put on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on. Mentioned to manager next morning upon checkout and nothing was done.

Shauna at the front desk was very unpleasant towards us while trying to check in. Extremely rude to us when explaining where to park - not to mention the “parking” was 2blocks away. Breakfast wasn’t even something considered to be tasteful. Everyone’s faces were reflecting the same experience while attending breakfast. Not to mention, our phone & multiple charging ports & the fridge weren’t even plugged in…. Very disappointed with the price for the very displeasing service received.

This hotel is nice and spacious, but DO NOT book a room if you intend to get any sleep. I booked a room at the Hyatt for a big event and did not get any sleep at all due to noisy neighbors and loud hallways and doors. Although I do like layout of the hotel rooms and the excellent breakfast, this hotel is not worth it if you need sleep. Very upset by the noise, was not able to sleep at all here.

Rooms are spacious. Breakfast was good, but staff had difficulty keeping up with demand. Front desk staff at check-in was not very friendly; not rude but not inviting to talk to (information they provided to us was pretty much scripted and monotone). Front desk staff at other times as well as checkout were very nice.

Front desk attendents were very nice. Other than that, the room wasn't as clean as we expected it to be. There were dirty marks on the bathroom walls, shower tiles, and fridge. The lights were very dim even with all of them turned on. While there was a window (one window on a big wall), it was so narrow that it did not provide any lighting. It was also up so high that we had no view (we were on the 6th floor). Doors are heavy so this is all you hear when cleaners go in and out of rooms in the morning. Overall, it felt more like a hospital room than a hotel room.
