Great property my only suggestion is provide slippers for guest, for a higher end hotel I’d expect that at the minimum. Still won’t remove a star as that is minimal and considering the front desk being so warm and welcoming and the restaurant was great!!

The hotel is beautiful with a chic charm, rooms are spacious and clean. Location was perfect for us and we walked everywhere, lots of shopping and dinning places. Love that they provide the free coffee and my kids LOVED the hot chocolate and the popcorn. I wish the front desk staff were more friendly. We also got a call one week before and they told us that our rooms were not connected but they were at the same floor,well didn’t happened, they also asked the age of the birthday girl to bring her a surprise cupcakes and they didn’t bring anything, I know it was complementary but don’t make me lose my time calling and asking me all this questions if you are not going to do it. Anyway if I have to recommend this hotel I will do it for sure because the amazing location and the beautiful rooms.

Just book it! You wont be disappointed!

Fantastic location. We arrived early in the city but were able to have them valet our car for us before checkin. We were celebrating birthdays while there and they left us delicious cupcakes in both rooms. Clean rooms, amazong views, window seats were amazing! Highly recommend.

Had a 2nights stay at L7, hotel’s location is amazing, just a few minutes walk from Michigan Av, the Chicago River and Millennium Park. The room and amenities were very nice, we chose the room with the huge bay window which my kid really liked and the bed was very comfy. The only negative thing is that most reception staff I encountered were not as kind and welcoming as you’d expect (this is excluding the doorman and luggage carriers which were always very nice and helpful)

Check in was a nightmare. Front desk staff wasn’t helpful. Good luck getting a coffee in the morning with the one working elevator. My room was dirty when I got there, hair on the floor and stuff on the sheets. It took my having to ask for towels to get them in my “newly cleaned” room that I had to wait several hours for. I frequent Chicago often. This is the least recommended hotel I have for others. The only reason I would recommend is for the location, but even that there are other options on the same 1-2 block radius. Definitely not worth the money.
