LOVE the window seat in the room! Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby is welcoming. I felt good the minute I walked into the hotel and my room. Also, location is convenient and near the main strip. Having a restaurant downstairs is convenient so you can remain out of the wind if you choose. :)

Everything was nice, the staff was very nice and.helpful and the men at the door from Nigeria was very nice, always helpful and with a smile greeting us everytime we were coming back. Will stay again.next time I visit Chicago. The area is great and everything is within walking distance.

Great location, in the heart of downtown. Coffee offeref in lobby- nice perk. However it was not available all the time due to malfunction. Popcorn available in lobby for an afternoon snack. Hotel was fine. Would stay again

Hands down THE hotel I will be returning to whenever I come to Chicago. Every staff person is welcoming and kind, the amenities and toiletries provided are top notch, the rooms are large, spacious, the city view from the 12th floor is unbeatable. My favorite is the window nook seating with views towards the river and skyscrapers.

The L7 has thought of all the little touches which made all the difference. Modern design mixed w/ Koren hospitality was something I wished more hotels emulated. Will be back for sure!
