This place is great! I was here with my two young daughters, after a cancelled flight. We didn’t have too much time in Chicago, but felt it was a good base for us to get a taste of the city! Could’ve walked more places from here if it wasn’t so cold! Easy to get to the airport on the train. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Fresh and clean inside!

I recently stayed at the L7 by Lotte Hotel and let me just say… the service was NEXT LEVEL. From the moment we checked in, every single front desk member was friendly, helpful, and just genuinely welcoming. You can tell they take pride in making guests feel at home. I have to give a huge shoutout to the bellman because he truly went above and beyond. Not only did he take time out of his day to bring my daughter a cupcake for her birthday, but he also remembered her and asked how her trip was every time he saw her. That small moment made her feel so seen and so special on her sixth birthday, and as a mom I’ll never forget that. If you’re thinking about booking here, do it. The hotel is beautiful, but the staff is what really makes the stay unforgettable. We will absolutely be back! 🩷✨

What we liked about this hotel: the shave/magnifying mirror in the bathroom, the filtered water from the cold water faucet, the window seat. What we didn't like about this hotel: the "Krave Station" is propped up as "thoughful snacks throughout the day", but that's not true. Popcorn was made available at 4 p.m. Besides coffee and tea, that's it. I didn't receive a warming towel upon arrival. I don't understand why our beds didn't have fitted sheets - just a flat sheet, a small comforter, and another sheet. The bed was supposed to be a queen but it wasn't. I'm 5'10" & my feet hing over the bed. Very uncomfortable.
