Great facility with a very clean room. The facility looks newly renovated, which really made the room outstanding. Quiet floor, very well lit hallways, and lobby with a great continental breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

The main road entering the property is an absolute horror. If I didn’t drive a SUV, it would have torn the whole underside of my vehicle off. No instructions on how to put the heat on in the room. It was so cold and blew cold air even when we powered it off. Try calling desk a few times no answer.

Beware of road

The stay was great. The staff was friendly, and accomodating. The rooms and other parts of the hotel were clean. The only issue is that they are working on the road that goes aroung the hotel and is bumpy. There's no warnings. I ended up hitting a pot hole and busted a tire. I had to buy a brand new tire.

Hard to find since it is hidden in the dark behind the Hyatt without clear directions how to get there. We were mis informed by the general nr. (not the hotel itself) about shuttle times. Leaving with a 5:30 flight we had to find our own way to the airport. All staff very friendly and helpful.

Quite, Convenient and Comdortable

Great stay close to airport, Allstate Arena & more. Plenty to do in the area. Was a little concerned when we first got there because a plane flew directly over and it was so load. When we got inside you couldn't even hear the planes. That was wonderful. I wasn't looking forward to planes keeping me up. The room was very nice and comfortable. They had a great breakfast in the mornings and a very large area to enjoy eating. They had a sitting area in the lobby as well if you were waiting for your flight or a ride share. Check in/out was easy and the people who were manning the front desk were very nice. Will definitely stay here again when going to Allstate Arena bc it is literally right next to it.
