The housekeeping staff was excellent. There were many areas outside of your room to wait for guests, etc. dinner options were limited one night of our stay because the restaurant was closed. We were told is was closed because of low occupancy.

The hotel was very nice with a great view from the 35th floor out to Lake Michigan. However upon arrival I was charged an additional $1800 in error which is no small sum. This was done on Thursday last week the 9th and despite complaining about this three times and when I checked out on Monday I have still not received this sum back. I find this disgraceful from a hotel chain such as Marriott.
