I got a room to strickiy sleep undisturbed cause I hadn’t slept in days. The whole second floor smelled I was hopeful it wouldn’t be bad but the smell of cigarettes was too much for me and to top it off the couple that woke me up fighting was the cherry on top. My allergies were killing me between the smell and the absolute dryness it was a disaster from the beginning. The gentleman at the front desk was the only pleasant experience. I am so frustrated. I know they don’t have control of the guests but man the fact that I can’t breathe right right now it’s terrible.

My mother stayed at this place under my name and the room smelled like hamsters rabbits and other animals the only nice thing about the room was the updated bathroom No breakfest included very sad will not be staying here again for her

The room was clean. No frills. Warm bed. Hot shower (took awhile for the water to warm up, but it was -2 degrees outside). I dropped my wallet at the vending machines and someone turned it in. Nothing missing!!!

Room was clean, but wifi didn't work. Hallways were triple locked and freezing cold - December in Chicago, so expect cold; but the inside hallways lacked heat. Room warmed up pretty fast. Water took forever to get hot in shower. No plus near the desk for laptop. That aside, the price was decent, and it was a room with a desk and tv and shower - so Okay. About what you expect for an inexpensive hotel. Worth it at $100 per night - not so much over that.
