I never received a notice from Expedia . MY phone number on file was incorrect . Whatever notifications sent were lost in junk mail. I stayed ar Courtyard Marriott next door to Residence which was the only hotel booked correctly . Residence Inn will not acknowledge I did not check in and will not refund me my hotel room that supposedly, was booked from Thursday to Monday . I am out $ $ 800 . They agree no one stayed in the room or checked in Typically the hotel chain has common courtesy to charge one night only but not this Residence Inn . Expedia investigated the mistake but RESIDENCE inn will not return a credit in my card . Pp

Nice, clean place that was nicely decorated for Christmas. Room looked like it had new carpeting installed. Breakfast was pretty good; hot food was good as well but options were basic (scrambled eggs, bacon / sausage). The location isn’t near to anything within walkable distance but the area itself is very nice.
