The lady at the desk was super pleasant! Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Was a little hot and the thermostat wasn’t adjusting but that was tolerable. Didn’t even complain to hotel staff about it.

The entire staff was so nice! I could definitely tell there was a lot of love for the hotel. The mattress and pillow were the best feeling ones I have ever had at a hotel. This will be my first call for future trips to Chicago.
