The Banksy, this modern apartment offers 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and a queen bed. The apartment also features a spacious outdoor living space, perfect for relaxation or entertaining guests. Conveniently situated just minutes to Downtown, and 2 blocks from the train station, and the United Center. The Banksy provides easy access to all that Chicago has to offer. Additionally, guests can take advantage of free street parking during their stay.
The Banksy, a Chicago Greystone building dating back to the 19th century, offers a unique and charming setting for your stay. This 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment is fully equipped to accommodate small group gatherings for up to 6 guests. Guests can enjoy various activities such as playing the guitar by the fireplace, engaging in board games, or relaxing outdoors in the spacious backyard oasis. The Banksy provides ample entertainment options for guests to enjoy during their downtime. Guests can plan their days while sipping coffee under the pergola, or kickstart their mornings with a yoga session on the rooftop deck using the provided yoga mats.
Centrally located just two blocks from the train station and highway, and directly across from the Jackson bus route heading downtown, The Banksy offers easy access to transportation options. Guests who prefer to drive can take advantage of the readily available free parking right in front of the building. Whether you choose to explore the city or relax at the apartment, The Banksy offers a comfortable and convenient stay for all guests.

I reside on the top floor of the building, and ensure my guests have their privacy while also being readily available for any assistance they may require.
Residential inner city neighborhood, close to downtown, 2 blocks to train, and 4 blocks to the United Center.
Free street parking. 4 blocks to the United Center, Jackson bus, 2 blocks to the Western blue line train, and 2 blocks to 290 expressway.
lease be mindful of the other residents, and neighbors by observing and respecting the quiet hours from midnight to 9am. Parties with more guests than those staying in the apartment are not permitted, but guests are encouraged to utilize the outdoor community space. Any guests not included in the reservation are not allowed on the property, and violating this rule will result in immediate termination of your stay. Please note that the outdoor areas of the building are monitored by video surveillance.
