Everything was wonderful. Please add parking exit info to the welcome page scan barcode and tell your guests about the scan barcode to answer most of their questions. I bothered them way too much only to find out the info was already available. But they were so great otherwise. I loved my whole stay!!

The staff here are kind and friendly. However, the severe water damage and large crack in the ceiling is a safety hazard and toxic. Damage to that extent indicates structural damage. There is no way that this is not already known by management, they are turning a blind eye and will continue to put guests in this unsafe room. Cleanliness was rated row because a few of our towels had a strong unclean stench to them.

My stay

Hotel was magnificent. Room was spacious and grand. The view was spectacular. Photos attached are from our room. The only thing I would change is I would not include breakfast. For the breakfast price, the selection was sub par. I would rather take my $20 spent on breakfast and eat out with a wider variety than a grab and go. But if you're into that, then this place is perfect.
