I requested an early check-in prior to my arrival several weeks prior, however once l arrived l was told that my room was not readily available and had to wait 1- one hour before l could get my room key. My point is why l couldn't get my room due to whatever reason didn't have anything to due with me. Staff must do better !!

The hotel was very clean, from the rooms, elevators, and halls. Amber was the woman that checked us in on arrival, and she was extremely pleasant and welcoming. She made a very long day of travel and anxiety about staying at a hotel we had never heard of before all better. A male bell hop walked us from the front door to an elevator and then to the registration desk and over to our elevator and showed us the neat technology and took time showing my young son as well because he thought it was really neat. I hate that I can’t remember his name, but he was also very friendly and welcoming. We checked in around 2300 on 2/6 if that helps. The staff at the desk in the mornings were very different. They were cold and not as friendly. I attempted to ask a question Saturday morning and couldn’t get anyone to acknowledge my presence even though I was the only one standing at the desk. I asked for a receipt on checkout and the woman asked my room number and then didn’t speak another word to me while she printed the receipt and I told her thank you and to have a great day. She just turned away. The pool area was always out of towels, staff was aware and no towels were brought for the entire time we swam (1.5 hours Sunday and 2 hours on Sunday). The hot tub is very dirty. There’s a brown dirty grime around the walls and it wipes off on people and swimsuits. It was the only dirty thing we noticed throughout our entire stay.

Typically I enjoy my stay here this time my key wouldn’t work for the elevator so I had come back to the desk for a new key. I left a pair of pants there and called and was told no one was answering at the hotel si should go there if possible. I go there and they tell me the pants were found and I should go to security. I get to security and they tell me they don’t have anything. I go back to the desk and they tell me to wait. I wait for about 30-40 minutes for them to tell me the pants were wet and they weren’t when I left them and they weren’t even near the bathroom where they may have gotten wet. Apparently my pants and all the items in the pockets were discarded but it took 40 minutes and a manager to come up with that. I’m very disappointed.
