The Anchor Bleu pub overlooks the water at the quay (10 minute walk).
Shoreside is just at the end of the High Street with views over the water and PopIn is just opposite the craft centre, with Wendy's Cafe inside the craft centre.
The Millstream Hotel with it's 2 AA Rosette Sea School Restaurant (8 minute walk), and Marwick's are just a short stroll down towards the quay.
The Berkeley Arms Pub is a 5 minutes walk away back towards the main road.
GETTING AROUND
Bus Station: Buses to and from Chichester stop just a short walk from the property.
Bosham Train Station: Trains from London Victoria to Chichester run every 30 minutes and take approximately 1.5 hour.
NEARBY ATTRACTIONS
Bosham is a picturesque coastal village perfect for a relaxed afternoon. Stroll along the waterfront, explore the historic Saxon church featured in the Bayeux Tapestry, and enjoy local cafés, the craft centre, and the art gallery. For a scenic adventure, follow Shore Road to the southernmost point of the village to catch the Itchenor Ferry - you can either park nearby or enjoy a peaceful 30-minute walk along the harbour’s edge. The ferry crosses to the historic sailing village of Itchenor, where you can grab lunch at The Ship Inn or The Quarterdeck Café, or take a Harbour Water Tour.
From Itchenor, follow the Salterns Way - a well-loved walking and cycling trail - to West Wittering Beach, a Blue Flag beach known for its unspoiled sandy shoreline and natural beauty. It’s ideal for walking, swimming, paddleboarding, or kite surfing, with plenty of parking available.
Just 5 miles east of Bosham, the historic Roman city of Chichester offers a pedestrianised centre with boutique shops, cafés, restaurants, and galleries. Visit Chichester Cathedral, renowned for its rare detached bell tower, where Peregrine Falcons are often seen nesting.

Guests will have exclusive use of the entire home, with dedicated parking for up to four cars.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to the cleaner's schedule.
Please note a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out.
CLEANING/ LINEN
The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included, but please get in touch if you would like to pay to book a clean or fresh linen and towels during your stay.
We will also provide a limited amount of consumables (toilet rolls, shampoo/conditioner etc.) to kick-start your stay and can recommend a local store where you can easily purchase more when you are settled in.
YOUNG CHILDREN
We have a travel cot and high chair available upon request. Please note that you will need to bring your own cot bedding and linen.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
