For those keen to explore beyond the park, the historic city of Chichester is just a short drive away. Wander through its charming cobbled streets, visit the stunning Chichester Cathedral, or explore cultural gems like the Novium Museum, the Planetarium, and Pallant House Gallery.

You will have access to the entire lodge with parking in the driveway. Further guest parking is available. For full use of the facilities, please register at reception when you arrive.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to the cleaner's schedule.
Please note a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out.
CLEANING/ LINEN
The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included, but please get in touch if you would like to pay to book a clean or fresh linen and towels during your stay.
We will also provide a limited amount of consumables (toilet rolls, shampoo/conditioner etc.) to kick-start your stay and can recommend a local store where you can easily purchase more when you are settled in.
PETS
One small, well behaved dog is welcome to join you on your holiday in the cottage, for an additional fee of £20 to cover extra cleaning. Please message in advance with the details of your pet (breed/age).
- Dogs must be well behaved and house trained.
- Please do not allow them upstairs or on the furniture.
- Please clear up after them in the garden and around the property.
- Muddy paws should be cleaned before they are allowed in the house.
- Please do not leave them alone in the property.
YOUNG CHILDREN
We have a travel cot and high chair upon request for an additional fee of £12. Please note you will need to provide your own cot bedding and linen.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
