Great place to stay to stay while in Abbotsford BC

The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. It is also nice that there was a direct connect to the White Spot.

Nice enough, but so loud from the highway. Also a constant banging sound in the bathroom, pipes maybe? Couldn’t hear it with the door shut. Spacious room, good for a family. Small area to prep food.

The property looks great. Expedia has my debit/ credit card which is how I booked my stay here. When I got there around 11 pm they wouldn’t except my prepaid card so had to try and get refund from Expedia and drive to Hope to actually get a room around midnight. 1 am before I got to bed. I travelled to Toronto and back and everyone excepted my card except except this hotel. Was disappointed

Beds were comfortable and clean. Also, we were staying on the 2nd floor which was convenient to walk from our room right to the hot tub and to the WhiteSpot Restaurant. Nice not to have to drive after a long 10 hours of driving. There were many other places to eat around during the day time too and a fun zone for kids which would be a quick drive away. I would definitely go back for all that convenience it offered.

My room was filthy when we arrived. It was a struggle to get any clean water. There was no do not disturb sign available and someone entered our room when we didn’t want them to. Never got clean towels. Over all a real struggle and not an enjoyable stay. Zero out of ten.
