Everyone on staff - from check-in, to housekeeping to Janelle from Preston's - was extremely friendly and personable. The room was large, clean and comfortable and the hotel was within walking distance of countless bars, restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying in the future.

Nice site. Didnt spend a ton of time there and didn’t have time to check out the full facility. Fairly quiet. Seems like it would be a nice place to relax for a weekend away. Would definitely stay here again.

Like having a choice for housekeeping coming in as needed. Bathroom tub need a grab bar for elderly clients. Shower head was up too high for me to adjust.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. We had to call a few times for small issues. Lightbulbs burnt out and our connecting door to the other room we booked. They responded right away. I would have liked to have been informed that the hotels hot tub was not working prior to booking as that was the reason we booked. One of the elevators was broken which was a bit of an inconvenience as we were on the 5th floor and the one they had working ran very slow. Tons of stores and coffee shops around which was great. I would stay here again however before i book ill call to make sure facilitates are working. Again, the staff and customer service was great!
