expidia promises were not kept buy the hotel....ie.... no breakfast no walk. in shower every answer was , we now its broken , it will be fixed in a week ...........and still full price. I went back to Kamloops and stayed in a jacuzzi suit with a walk in shower for $100.00 less a night.....

Property is well maintained, amenities include pool, hot tub, sauna. Check in was great. Close to a lot of amazing restaurants in the area. When travelling or just escaping for the weekend, this hotel is definitely a top choice.

Our room had an adjoining door to another room, we could hear the person in the other room very clearly. Toilet flushing, coughing, TV noises, snoring. And I am sure they could hear us likewise. Not acceptable for the price paid for this room. Luckily it sounded like only one person in the room or the noise would have been much more.

Property was great. Rooms could be cleaned better under the beds and behind the desk was dirty and things left behind from previous stays. Also the tv didn’t really work in room 405 Other than that great staff quick check in and out would stay there again
