Great view but missing something things

Pros: Great view with private dock and access to Kayaks. The house also had some beach chairs which we could take to the beach. Cons: The house echoed a lots there were no rugs in any room except the bunkbed room. This made it challenging to keep noise levels down with kids who were up early and on days they had to play in the house because the weather was bad. The main living space needs some comfortable chairs to round out the seating. The bedrooms could also use a chair each and some of them were missing a dresser or bedside lamps. The house could have been cleaner. The toilet seats were dirty so we had to clean them ourselves when we arrived and there was a fair amount of dust and dead bugs along the windows. Also, the property management leaves the option to the of washing the quilts and mattress pads to the guests on an as needed basis before the check out. seems like an old fashioned policy particularly after covid.
