This downstairs apartment is not your standard accommodation.
It`s personal ,warm, a little quirky, and designed to feel like a creative urban hideaway.
Step out door and you are on the steps of New Regent Street, cafes and bars.
Handy Christchurch Town Hall,Te Pae Convention Centre ,Te Kaha Stadium and Margaret Mahy Playground.
Walking distance bars restaurants CBD and boutique shopping.

Perfect for tired professionals, creative souls, conference visitors, or anyone wanting a small but special place to stay.

Parking is available down the laneway for the complex.While its first -come within the complex ,most nights after 5pm its easy to secure a spot.
Once parked you can leave the car there-no charge no time limit -and enjoy walking everywhere.

To enjoy a quieter indoor space, we recommend keeping the windows closed. For light sleepers, bringing earplugs can be helpful too. Thanks for understanding and embracing the buzz of city life!

We’re happy to help! Subject to availability, we can offer early check-in (max 2 hours) or late check-out (max 1 hour) for $15 per hour. This covers express cleaning to prepare the space just for you. Let us know in advance so we can make arrangements!

NO FOOD IN THE BEDROOMS ,please enjoy food in the dining/lounge area only.

NO SHOES INSIDE.

The cleaning fee covers a general clean of the entire apartment and the provision of fresh linen and towels.

If additional deep cleaning is required to return the house to the original condition ,this will be charged at $50 +GST per hour.
