On booking confirmation.it was noted that a king bed had been confirmed so we contacted the motel two weeks prior to arrival to request a change to twin beds. This was confirmed albeit seemed to be done grudgingly. When we arrived early, they were happy to store our bags. When we came back later in the day,we were not particularly warmly welcomed. They were not helpful with bus services or means of transport to airport or railway station. The room was spacious however a large sofa did dominate the area where the outside patio was accessed. Although the water pressure was wonderful, the shower box was made smaller due to shelving on one wall. Our last service did not replace condiments or toilet paper or the face flannels. The TV service was appreciated. The room was clean and tidy and within walking distance of central city.

setting of the Motel very good close to my training course. parking assessable clean and tidy, found construction work next door noisy during the day but nighttime was good. nighttime very well lit up. Staff very friendly and approachable, able to give good information.

I have double charged from a hotel. I told a reception when I came to check in on 30 November 2024 that I had paid. However she told me. I did not pay yet and she ask me to pay again.After I recheck my room was paid on 8 July 2024.I think the staff at check in counter lack of training and make a big mistake.
