Great central but quiet location. The room was clean and well-maintained - with a lot of attention and thought paid to what would make the stay more pleasant and convenient. Owners were friendly & helpful. Felt like I was staying with friends.

A nice little motel in the heart or Christchurch city from where you can walk anywhere within the CBD. Everything was good with the room as well. If location is important, I would definitely recommend this motel.
