From this haven, it's only a 15 minute walk down to Sumner's surf beach and all the pubs, cafes, and incredible restaurants Sumner has to offer. You can even take in a movie at the brand new Silky Otter cinema in the village center. If you'd rather just relax in nature, there are any number of incredible walks in the immediate vicinity - the choices are endless.
